I create a whole-life program to integrate environmental factors, lifestyle, current practices and practitioners, relationships and other considerations to positively impact your well-being.

I take into account the changes you desire to make, what has or hasn't worked, current wins or near-wins, challenges and repeating patterns. 

Your dedication, desire and commitment are the most important aspects to the success of the wellness program that I create for you.

I am here to support, adjust, calibrate and celebrate your progress as well as be a sounding board, accountability partner and facilitator for your desired lifestyle changes.

The program is a complete mind-body-spirit approach created especially for each individual that provides practical, applicable and action-oriented steps for success.

 

The Program:

 

  1. I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consult for us to explore initial challenges and to determine if we are a good fit. 

  2. If we are a good fit, I will send you an intake form and questionnaires to fill out and return prior to our first consultation. 

  3. Our first consultation is usually 75 - 90 minutes however it can be up to 2 hours. I ask that you please plan accordingly. The consultation is via phone or Zoom (online conferencing). 

  4.  After our consultation, I will send a personalized program for review and feedback including recommended frequency of calls, fees and other pertinent information. 

  5. On our follow up call, we will adjust the program as needed, address questions, provide clarification and schedule our meeting times.
